Embroidery Services

Our in-house embroidery department is equipped with three single-head Melco machines, giving us full control over quality, turnaround, and consistency on every order.

Embroidery is ideal for logos that require durability and a premium finish. From hats and outerwear to uniforms and branded apparel, we ensure every stitch is clean, consistent, and built to last.

What to expect:
  • One-time digitizing fee if artwork is not already on file or provided in an embroidery-ready format
  • Pricing based on stitch count, determined by logo size and complexity
  • Minimum order of 12 pieces per design

Screen Printing & DTF
Our 4/6 manual screen printing press allows us to efficiently handle everything from small custom runs to high-volume production, including completed orders of 1,000+ pieces.

For designs that require added flexibility or smaller quantities, we also offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, applied using a commercial heat press that accommodates a wide range of garment types and sizes.

SUBLIMATED APPAREL & ATHLETIC GEAR

For projects that require full-color coverage, lightweight performance fabrics, or fully custom designs, we also offer sublimated apparel through trusted production partners within North America.

Sublimation is ideal for athletic jerseys, training gear, team apparel, and custom pieces where durability, breathability, and unrestricted design are key. Designs are dyed directly into the fabric, meaning they won’t crack, peel, or fade over time.

Common sublimation applications include:
