Print Gear Inc. has been serving Northwestern Ontario since 2006, providing custom embroidery, screen printing, and branded apparel for businesses, teams, and organizations across the region.

Based in Kenora, Ontario, on the shores of Lake of the Woods, Print Gear is the only screen printing and embroidery company in Kenora that offers on-site service, design, and production. Keeping everything under one roof allows us to deliver faster turnaround times, consistent quality, and full control over the final product.

Our focus is simple: provide reliable service, clean production, and high-quality apparel that businesses can count on order after order. Whether it’s a first-time job or a repeat reorder, we aim to make the process straightforward and stress-free.

Embroidery Services

Print Gear Inc. operates three single-head Melco embroidery machines, allowing us to efficiently handle projects of all sizes, from small runs to larger orders.
- A one-time digitizing fee applies if artwork is not already on file or provided in an embroidery-ready format
- Pricing is based on stitch count, determined by logo size and complexity

Screen Printing & DTF
Print Gear Inc. operates a 4/6 manual screen printing press, allowing us to efficiently handle everything from small custom orders to high-volume production. We’ve successfully completed runs of 1,000+ pieces across personal, business, and retail projects.
For artwork that requires more flexibility or smaller quantities, we also offer DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, applied using a commercial heat press that accommodates a wide range of garment types and sizes.
